The Leather Blueprint!

For Spelling today we were supposed to write a story with all of our spelling words in it. This is my story. (The underlined words are my spelling words).

The Leather Blueprint

Once Upon a time I was being beaten for getting the wrong leather blueprint, but let's start at the beginning.  It was a beautiful day in the eastern states.  My mom made homemade bread. "Don't  approach my bread, your breath will ruin it!" she yelled.
I then went to do my chores.  First, I glued a broken easel.  Then I went to reason with my siblings who were having a disagreement.  " She hurt my  feelings, " he groaned.  " Don't increase your fighting," I said.  "Go get a leather blueprint for our new flue," my mom yelled at me.  " Ok, " I said.
I started on my journey.  I went over the Purple Peak to have a peek. When I got there, I boasted that I was getting a leather blueprint!   Needless to say, I walked into the store and bought the blueprint.  Then, I walked home and gave the blueprint to my mom.  "This is the wrong one!!!!!" she screamed! So that is why I am being beaten.

Volcanoes

                                                                 Volcanoes

Mt. St. Helens  is a volcano. The most famous eruption was in 1980. It was 33 years ago .  The ash was deposited to 11 different states and 57 people died.

What is the Ring of Fire? Most volcanoes are around the Pacific  Ocean. The volcanoes  form a ring. It is called the Ring of Fire .

Mont Pelee is  on the island of Martinque in the Atlantic Ocean. Mont Pelee  is a special kind of mountain. It is a volcano. The most famous eruption was in 1902. Two people survived. One guy was in an underground jail, and the other was a girl who knew where a cave was. They were both safe.

Volcanoes cause destruction like, earthquakes , fast floods, mud slides , rock falls , and burns. They cause damage to people and houses and trees. Also, dust and ash can cause damage to the roofs and it can make it hard to breathe.  Good things that volcanoes do are the ash can have vitamins and minerals for the soil.
Volcanoes are  fascinating and scary. They are interesting  to read and learn about.

If All My Wishes Came True!!!

If All My Wishes Came True!

If  all my wishes came true I would have powers.  I would have millions of dollars.  There would be no school on Fridays.  I would have a new house in Shelley, and have a vacation every month!
I would wish our family could go on vacation every month.  We could go all over the world.  First, we would go to every state in the U.S.  Then, we would go to every country in the world.   I would love to go on vacation every month because I love spending time with family, and having fun.
I would wish for a new house in Shelley so we could see our dad more often.  We will have a bigger house.  We will have fruit trees, and we will have more land.  I want fruit trees because I love fruit.  I want more land so we will have room to play.
I want no school on Fridays because then we will have a three day weekend.  We would have Fridays to play, and Saturdays to clean.  We would make up for school on Fridays by doing the most important things on Thursday, and then skipping the rest.
I would wish for millions of dollars so I could go to college. I would be able to buy things that I want, and need.  Lastly, I would save the rest for when I have a family.
I would also wish for powers.  I would want hair power so I could think of a hair-do and I would have it.  For example...Perfect curls that would last all day.  Also, I would want teleportation, so I could snap my fingers and I would be in the place I was thinking.  A place I would want to go, would be my Grandma's house.
If I had these things life would be much easier.  I would always be having fun, and I could see my Grandma more often.  :)
